If the option does not show up

DLSS Neural Rendering is missing

Check that the active GPU is an RTX 50 Series card, the 616.64 WHQL driver or newer is installed, NBA 2K27 is fully updated, and the game is not using an integrated GPU path.

The game shows DLSS, but not DLSS 5
